A collection of courses designed to support positive mental health and wellbeing of everyone regardless of additional needs.

A five-week course designed to help teens manage stress, anxiety, and peer pressure. Giving them the skills they need to effectively manage emotions and feelings. As well as empowering them to feel positive about themselves. 

You can take as long as you need to complete this course. You can do the sessions as designed one a week or do them as often as you feel the need.  You will have at least 12 months access to this course.
